Tomorrow, March 1, 2013, the Law no.131 of June 8, 2012 regarding state control on entrepreneurship activity will enter into force („Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova), 2012, no.181-184, art.595).

In accordance with the art.6 of the respective legislative act, every person subjected to control is required to have a control registration form.

The State Chancellery, as central public administration authority for control monitoring, has drafted the control registration form (it is attached).

In this context, any individual and/or legal entity, who carries out entrepreneurship activity and is under control, is required to use this respective form for registration of any controls.
