16.12.2013 The information on all civil service positions, announced at the competition, will be posted on a joint platform - www.cariere.gov.md
The Cabinet of Ministers has passed the Decision „On the creation and administration of the governmental portal on civil service positions, for which filling the public authorities organize competition”. The initiative to create such portal belongs to the State Chancellery and was determined by the increased interest towards the civil service position in the last years, respectively the necessity of a joint platform containing relevant information for those who would like to work in civil service.
 
14.12.2013 The First Managerial Training Programme for civil service top managers from the Republic of Moldova has been completed
The participants of the First Managerial Training Programme for civil service top managers, which were piloted in the period of October 22 – December 10, 2013, received the graduation certificates from the State Chancellery of the Republic of Moldova. Overall, nine top managers received training and 15 trainers improved their skills and capacities in this area.

20.11.2013 2014-2020 Public Administration Reform Strategy will implement in Moldova the European standards in the area
Efficient policies implemented by capable and competent executive institutions, acceleration of the European integration, continuing the transformation of public services for citizens and businesses, strengthening the performance and accountability management system for public resources, reviewing fiscal policies and ongoing decentralization agenda – these are key objectives of the 2014-2020 Public Administration Reform Strategy. The first who studied the draft Strategy, developed by HF Advising Company from Romania, were the heads of Public Policy Analysis, Monitoring and Assessment Departments of the central public administration authorities (CPA).
 
15.11.2013 „Development of the HR Management monitoring system in civil service” discussed with SIGMA experts in Chisinau
„Development of the Human Resource Management (HRM) monitoring system in civil service” was the topic of the workshop organized in Chisinau by the State Chancellery of the Republic of Moldova and SIGMA Programme on November 13-14. During the workshop the draft of the monitoring and evaluation Guide for enforcement of the civil service legal framework and the balanced scorecard for civil service HRM were presented.
 
13.11.2013 The public consultations were launched for the draft of 2014-2016 Public Services Reform Programme
The State Chancellery has recently launched the public consultations on the draft of 2014-2016 Public Services Reform Programme. It refers to reviewed and updated Programme for 2012-2015, resulted from the analysis of the first year of reform implementation, sociological survey on the opinion of citizens regarding public services, reports of ministries and other public authorities on accomplishment of reform goals.
 
12.11.2013 In 2014, the Polish experts will deliver training to the officials responsible for financial market supervision
The State Chancellery of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of Poland decided to continue in 2014 the cycle of trainings designed for officials responsible for financial market supervision. The first stage of the Project was held in April-November 2013, with the support of the Polish Financial Supervisory Authority.

The State Chancellery has continued today the traditional Friday meetings with youth. This time, a group of pupils from several secondary schools was in visit to the Government. Stanislav Ghiletchi and Pavel Cerba, senior consultants in the General Department for Policy Coordination, External Assistance and Central Public Administration Reform were as hosts.
 
05.11.2013 The central public authorities can access the Rapid Mobility Fund launched by Romania
The State Chancellery informs the central public administration authorities about the fact that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme launched the Rapid Mobility Fund for the transfer of transition expertise to the partners states, financially supported from the official development assistance budget (ODA).

Their goal is to inform potential beneficiaries and partners from Moldova about the opportunities offered by new Programme.
 
04.11.2013 The State Chancellery will ensure a more transparent regulation for controls carried out by the state authorities at private companies
The State Chancellery organized a training designed to employees of control authorities from the Republic of Moldova, who will use the web-page www.controale.gov.md – the reporting portal of controls carried out. This portal will decrease the pressure of controls the businesses are subjected to, respectively will allow them to focus on business development and to prevent corruption within the state control bodies.
