The Government will support the initiative to inaugurate a Moldovan Cultural Centre in Padova
The Government of the Republic of Moldova will support the initiative of Moldovan Diaspora from the Northern Italy to establish a Moldovan Cultural centre in city Padova, being found out the necessary funds for maintaining this office. On December 23, Victor Lutenco, head of the Bureau for Diaspora Relations informed about this fact during a cultural event organized by Moldovans settled in this locality. |

The public administration reform of the Eastern Partnership countries between challenges and achievements
On December 13, the responsible persons for the public administration reform from six Eastern Partnership countries, as well as international experts in the area meet in Chisinau for the third meeting of the Public Administration Reform Panel within the Eastern Partnership Platform “Democracy, good governance and stability”. The event was organized on the State Chancellery’s initiative with the support of the European External Action Service. The development partners and diplomats from the countries supporting the process for public administration reform in the Eastern Partnership countries attended this event. |

Bureau for Diaspora Relations employs the staff
On Wednesday, the State Chancellery has announced the competition for holding the first vacant civil service positions for the Bureau for Diaspora Relations, recently created. It refers to the position of Deputy Head of Bureau and senior consultants in the following areas: Diaspora analysis, Diaspora association development, Coordination of events for Diaspora and Social Programmes for Diaspora. |

Responsible persons for the public administration reform from the Eastern Partnership Countries will meet in Chisinau
On December 13, the State Chancellery of the Republic of Moldova will host the third meeting of the Public Administration Reform Panel within the Eastern Partnership Platform “Democracy, good governance and stability”. Being organized on the State Chancellery’s initiative with the support of the European External Action Service, the Conference will gather together the responsible persons for the public administration reform from the Eastern Partnership countries, international experts, representatives of the development partners, diplomats. |

NDS „Moldova 2020” was published in a simplified version
At the end of November, the State Chancellery has published the brochure “7 solutions for economic growth and poverty reduction, formulated by the Government of the Republic of Moldova”. The brochure represents a simplified version of the National Development Strategy (NDS) „Moldova 2020”, approved by the Parliament in summer last year and contains key information about its seven priorities. |

The integration of migration in the National Development Strategies process, discussed at the State Chancellery
Today, the State Chancellery of the Republic of Moldova hosted the quarterly meeting of the Coordination Committee for the Joint Pilot Project „Integration of migration in the National Development Strategies” (MOMID). The discussions were focused on progress recorded, starting with June 2012, when the Republic of Moldova joined to this pilot project, and on activities that are expected to be accomplished in the second phase of the Programme, planned for the next year. |

About 200 Government Decisions will be abrogated on the State Chancellery’s initiative
Today, the Executive has abrogated, on the State Chancellery’s proposal, 196 Government Decisions, which were on the basis of 178 policies and are not up-to-date. Ruslan Codreanu, head of the Policy, Strategic Planning and Foreign Aid Division within the State Chancellery noted that the action was preceded by a detailed review of policy documents, through relevance and aligning the existing strategic framework with the national priorities established by the Government. |

Executive will ensure maximum transparency in external funds management
Prime Minister, Vlad Filat signed on Wednesday, September 5, an order through which maximum transparency and efficient communication from the institutions involved in external fund management is requested. Prime Minister requested that every object built or rehabilitated from external funds to be accordingly marked on panels for people to know from what sources the project was implemented. |

The Government has launched an electronic service e-Record
On September 5, the Ministry of Internal Affairs together with the e-Government Centre has launched the electronic public service e-Record. Thus, since this day, the citizens of the Republic of Moldova can request e-Record online. By launching this service, the authorities are simplifying the procedure for obtaining e-Record. |
