The World Bank appreciates the achievements in the area of Central Public Administration Reform
The World Bank Mission was in Chisinau last week to assess the implementation of the Central Public Administration Reform in the period of 2006-2013. During several meetings with Moldovan officials, the representatives of the Mission discussed about the activities accomplished and to be completed till the end of the current year. At the same time, the future cooperation opportunities on CPA reform were examined. |

Executive will ensure maximum transparency in external funds management
Prime Minister, Vlad Filat signed on Wednesday, September 5, an order through which maximum transparency and efficient communication from the institutions involved in external fund management is requested. Prime Minister requested that every object built or rehabilitated from external funds to be accordingly marked on panels for people to know from what sources the project was implemented. |

The Government has launched an electronic service e-Record
On September 5, the Ministry of Internal Affairs together with the e-Government Centre has launched the electronic public service e-Record. Thus, since this day, the citizens of the Republic of Moldova can request e-Record online. By launching this service, the authorities are simplifying the procedure for obtaining e-Record. |

“Moldova 2020" document will be finalized soon
Today, September 30, the Steering Committee on development of the new strategic planning document „Moldova 2020" summarized the first stage of development of this document. This refers to contributions of line ministries to those 7 development priorities (relevant studies for career, good roads everywhere, accessible and cheap finances, business with clear playing rules, equitable and sustainable social insurance, safely delivered and efficiently used energy, responsible and incorruptible justice). |

Heads of HR units meet for the third time this year
According to tradition, heads of Human Resources (HR) units from central public authorities and staff of the Personnel Policy Division of the State Chancellery meet quarterly to discuss news in the area and to share the experience. Today, September 22, the third meeting of this year was held within Government building. |
