The Steering Committee of the Twinning Project has analyzed the results achieved in the first quarter of its implementation
 On August 3rd, 2015, the first Steering Committee meeting of the EU funded Twinning Project “Support to the Civil Service modernization process in the Republic of Moldova in line with the best EU practices” was carried out. The Government approved the Instruction on civil servants’ personal files management
 On August 21, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the Instruction on civil servants’ personal files management. Being developed by the General Department for Policy Coordination, External Assistance and Central Public Administration Reform of the State Chancellery, the Instruction complements the Government Decision no. 201 of March 2009 and the existing legal framework in the area.

The State Chancellery presented the “External Assistance to Moldova – 2012” Report to the central public authorities
 The increased efficiency, effectiveness and impact of external assistance provided to Moldova, as well as increased transparency, relevance and amount of information regarding its implementation are some objectives of the “External Assistance to Moldova - 2012” Report, presented on Friday, 9 August, to central public administration authorities. The event aimed to discuss the comments suggested by representatives of line ministries on the working version of the Report in order to finalize and improve the document’s contents.
