The Estonian-Moldovan cooperation will focus on already existing initiatives
The bilateral Estonian -Moldovan cooperation was the subject of today meeting between the representatives of the State Chancellery of the Republic of Moldova and of Tallinn’s administration. The parties noted about the projects implemented in our country from the assistance funds provided by Estonia in the period of 2010-2012 and about the new possible areas of collaboration. |

Moldova, to take part in the global monitoring exercise of the Global Partnership for Effective Development
The Republic of Moldova will take part in the global monitoring exercise of the Global Partnership for Effective Development. The Global Partnership for Effective Development Cooperation (Global Partnership) is a political forum which combines a wide range of countries and organizations throughout the world with the commitment to increase efficient of development cooperation. It was established following the agreement of 160 countries, territories and organizations at the Fourth high-Level Forum in Busan, Korea, 2011. |

Personnel Policy Division provides further guidance to HR practitioners
On April 11, 2011 the Personnel Policy Division (PPD) within the State Chancellery held a meeting with the HR practitioners from public authorities in order to familiarize them with the essence of the „General data on the public authority staff” form and how to fill it out. The form, developed by PPD in order to improve the tracking of staff, data collection and systematization by the HR units, has been successfully used by the authorities of the Executive and, recently, the decision has been made to use it in other public authorities as well. |

Central public authorities set to develop Strategic Development Programs
ÎStarting with today, April 7, 2011, the central public administration authorities will hold meetings of the planning teams in charge of developing strategic development programs (SDPs). At such meetings the State Chancellery representatives will describe the algorithm for SDP development, explain the SDP methodology, and go into the details of the first three SDP chapters (Mission, Authority Profile and SWOT Analysis). |

Government approves creation of the Joint Partnership Council
On April 6, 2011 the Government approved the creation of the Joint Partnership Council - an advisory body, meant to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the foreign assistance provided to the Republic of Moldova by international organizations and donor countries.The Council is designed to facilitate the communication and participation of interested parties in the consultation of the development agenda, monitor the implementation of national development documents and foreign assistance contribution, thereby developing and promoting the strategic partnership between the public authorities, the external development partners, the civil society and the private sector. |

Proiectul Strategiei Naţionale de Descentralizare este dezbătut în cadrul consultărilor publice
În perioada 4-15 aprilie 2011, Cancelaria de Stat organizează prima rundă de consultări publice pe marginea proiectului Strategiei Naţionale de Descentralizare în 10 localităţi din Republica Moldova. Procesul de consultări va demara luni, 4 aprilie, în Hânceşti şi va continua la Cahul, Edineţ, Ungheni, Chişinău, Orhei, Bălţi, Comrat, Soroca şi Căuşeni.Scopul consultărilor publice este de a informa publicul larg despre reforma care are menirea să consolideze autonomia locală şi de a consulta opinia publică în vederea îmbunătăţirii documentului final al Strategiei, care va reprezenta o viziune consolidată, de consens a autorităţilor guvernamentale, neguvernamentale şi a tuturor membrilor societăţii. |
